Well at least I'm not the ONLY person who couldn't do it. I was still playing it right now, actually, but I'm only on my 7/8th try if that makes any difference. I got up to two Rureas! I just couldn't get them to make out =P

In case you're wondering what I got, it's a game called It's a rhythm game mixed with a rpg, idk how to describe it other than to say it's uniquely unsuited to me, being a seamless blend of two genres I have a lot of trouble with. For that reason I'll be playing it on Easy Difficulty. In Sequence, you are a Protagonist-looking guy named Ky. You're kind of a dick, you know, one of those ones who whines a bit but keeps a cool and sarcastic detachment from the situation. You wake up to find yourself in The Tower, some weird place where you have to test your might against a variety of fantasy monsters and defeat 7 Have you played portal (or any of the testing genre games post portal)? Have you played like, Kingdom Hearts or some similar bullshit? Basically that. The flow of the game is do some grinding, get rewarded with dialogue then fight the level boss. The bosses are the only really interesting thing about each level. The levels aren't particularly thematically connected and the plot is segregated into it's own little chunks so the actual gameplay blends together. I don't want to sound too down though, this game seems good and is apparently only 5 bucks.

level by level thoughts Level One It's the learning level. We learn that the plot and main characters are a bit bland. The level boss is that meme of the old painting guy. You know the one.  Level Two Keep Grindin' for items I guess. The level boss is a mexican guy if all you knew about mexico was Taco Bell and maybe Chipolte  Level Three A very important thing happened visually in a cutscene I wasn't looking at. The level boss is a text adventure game I programmed for my 11th grade programming final.
