My mum's little dog loves this too  Another thing he liked when playing outside (he's getting a little old for it now though) was grabbing onto his end of a thick rope toy and being carried around/gently swung around with it He is a Border Terrier and has strong jaws for it. My uncle's little Staffy is even better at it.

My friend doesn't have a fenced in backyard that is suitable for his cats, so he has to walk them when they want to go outside. This is how I imagine it looks when he walks his cats.

I had a neighbour who had an inside cat (all responsible cat owners in Australia are inside cat owners  ) and would take him for walks three times a day. Cat loved it and one time I even saw him carrying his lead in his mouth as they left the house  The only difficulty they seemed to have with walking the cat was that he liked to fall asleep on a sunny part of the footpath/road.

That looks like that article is from a couple years ago - I think the glasses are more in the $300 range now and covered/partially covered by some insurances' vision plans.

Jeff Gerstmann of Giant Bomb is also R/G colorblind and bought a pair of those glasses (well I dunno if it was the same brand). He said they allow you to distinguish between the problem colours, but they won't like make you see shades you couldn't before.
