Fact: I want to buy an ork trukk just so I can paint it up like a beat-up Ford. Even attempt to freehand an ork pissing on an aquila. Or make ork vehicles look like other heavily used things like an old John Deere tractor.

Either he's had that Marine around for a while, or he spent a lot of money on Fort Skullderoga there.

Those skulls are from the Temple of Skulls terrain piece. You get three face-halves in a set, I would assume he cast them, and probably that marine body if they are that expensive.
