If it's not then Haberkorn is better at hiding his voice than he should be, but it's still missing the main part of Haberkorn's voice where it's a bit rough. Al's voice is too smooth and clear to be Haberkorn and the only other VA I've heard who sounds anything like Al is Jewell. It's especially his inflection upon saying "SHINING ONE" that makes me think it's him because it sounds exactly like Kaworu from the Rebuild movies. It's also not unheard of for Funi VAs to start doing voice work in Cali, so I'm not entirely ruling it out.

I cannot get Io's fate level above 1. It's already Wednesday and I've wasted a lot of events on her just to try and get joint skill crack. If it's anything like the original game, hang out with characters you don't agree with but still want in your party for the final battle. Also just make sure Io has a decent Fate if you want her around.

Started Nocturne again and I just electrocuted and shoulder tackled a manta ray hell demon in a hospital until it died. I've done this all before once, but Nocturne still has a cool first couple hours. Plan to keep playing it for real this time!

Pardon my interruption everyone, I have a quick question. Or maybe not so quick, I dunno. I've been a JRPG fanatic all my life but recently I've gotten addicted to WRPG's because I like roleplaying and I like being able to make choices and effect the plot. I had SMT recommended to me by a few people elsewhere because of this. I know there are supposed to be Paths in some of the SMT games with Law vs. Chaos or something but is that just the main SMT games or does it cross over into Persona and the other spinoffs? Do I alter the storyline and stuff depending on my choices in all the SMT games? Or is it not even a choice by choice basis and more like you pick a side at the start and then just continue down that route?

it's in most anything except Persona. In most games at the start of the last act of the game, you can choose between law, neutral and chaos paths, but every path may not be available to you based on earlier cosmetic choices which change your alignment. Devil Survivor is probably the most malleable based on your choices, since your choices of available paths are based on how your earlier choices have shaped the setting (who's alive and who's dead, how much you know about different subjects, etc.) unlike in some games where the narrative is in the exact same place when you make your decision, except the game will just tell you that you're too law aligned to do chaos, or vice versa. Also Devil Survivor fits into the Law, Chaos, Neutral route, but it's a little more creative about it since there are multiple neutral routes, multiple chaos routes, and a bad route as well.
