Finally. Permissions at use time instead of install time.

So now instead of asking for all the permissions when you install, it'll ask when you first start the app.

Ugh people don't understand permissions anyway because they cover so many different functions, and now they're even more broad?

That makes it a lot easier for users to blame the app developers, which I suppose is good, as opposed to the users having no idea why the app crashed.
