Then I had a seizure while I was sleeping so the EMTs had to keep checking on me so they never got to watch their gay anime porn lol tbf most of the shows with yaoi subtext are red blood shonen action shows with lots of fights and screaming, whereas the shows with yuri subtext tend to be low key and about doing cute-things but that's just for subtext, i make no conclusions for outright gay loving

Hey guys. Japan is really, really loving fun. If you ever have the chance to go, do it. You don't even need to know much Japanese. I have a couple key phrases I use and I've gotten around no problem. The only confusing thing for me was the bus in Sapporo today, because I've never taken public transit (l live out in the boonies so I have to own a car). It's funny that yaoi was brought up because two girls on the trip already bought gay porn doujinshi. One girl did think that her Evangelion comic was 2 dudes DPing a girl though, and was shocked it was a dude when told, because apparently the person seemed to have tits. JAPAN!

Now that I think of it, I watched the dub, many years ago. Perhaps I'll enjoy it more watching the subs? It's one of maybe, 2-3 shows I've watched dubbed. I didn't like the ending, though.

Yaoi is about the only genre where a lot of the main characters are 30+ and will often feature aspects of their jobs into the plots so if they're cops or yakuza or samurai or something you can end up with a pretty action-y plot outside all the loving.
