I wonder if you'll be able to dual wield, or if they finally added some things like shields to the game. Always wanted to grab a trashcan lid or riot shield when charging into melee.

hey, I used the words "low standards" to describe a Fallout 3 fan while the stream was going out, too. object of my scorn thought that was really offensive, not realizing it was the least offensive possible way to describe a fan of Bethesda games. this is legitimately the only place I've ever found where there are at least some people who understand my loathing for Bethesda and their rape of what was my favorite IP growing up. expressing any kind of criticism, no matter how clear and specific, of any Bethesda game since Oblivion is essentially an ostracizing act. people just don't wanna hear it. BUT IT HAS AN BIG LEVEL.

I thought it was pretty good. I hope the roleplaying and story will be good, but at the very least it might be a fun game to gently caress around in. Don't like that the protagonist is voiced. Feels like a weird choice and the voice actor is bland.

This looks really cool and all the features I'm excited about except for the dialog system. Dialog trees are a good and cool system and the only time I've seen them modified with actual positive results is in Alpha Protocol. The "new" system of Mass Effect and later Dragon Age games is a throwback to the early Ultima games rather than a step forward.
