Crazy - looks like they took a water extinguisher and filled it with paint instead. http://www.amazon.com/Kidde-466403-Extinguisher-Gallon-Stainless/dp/B001ECQ5M0 The way these work is that you unscrew them, fill with water, and then pressurize with air from a bike or auto tire pump.

Well it looks like enough time has lapsed for lovely Toronto area tattoo shops to crank out some fresh garbage! This is particularly tragic because this girl is smoking hot in person   Well at least theyre sticking to fairly simple designs. People who would commit to a horimono style tattoo surely know better than to let some rear end in a top hat do it right....
