The Buran was a classic example of "wrong place, wrong time."

This first one is from a comedy about jewel thieves who use an unknowing patsy to smuggle diamonds by wrapping them in his plastic cast. I thought you were referring to the vigilante bus drivers who ram assholes that cut in front of them. They usually get away with it too, because they act within their rights.
