If I'm listening to a radio station or a For You playlist, why do I have the option of adding the songs to My Music if they're already in my library? Shouldn't it pop up Remove From My Music if it's already there?

Is there a good way to follow what shows are coming up on Beats 1 without following the Twitter or Tumblr, both of which seem to have not mentioned things like the WRTJ show I missed tonight, and which send out noise I don't care about like "some artist released an exclusive demo track on Apple Music"? I could just check the site itself often, but I'd rather have show info delivered so I don't have to think about it.

been using iTunes 12.2 for mac and it's still kind of slow but at least doesn't feel quite as ropey as the windows version. seems to be missing some of the more bizarre apple music related idiosyncrasies too that are present on the windows version, like the 'love' button in the now playing bar taking like 10 seconds to respond, or songs in playlists not updating with the 'loved' icon until you hover over them not that 'iTunes for mac is usable, iTunes for windows is loving dreck' is at all noteworthy or anything

The only time it buffers for me is when it's the first track I'm playing and it's not stored locally. Otherwise, it never buffers since it usually pre-caches the next song. I guess if you're weird and manually pick tracks to listen to every time it's a pain, but otherwise it's not that bad  The big annoyance I have is sometimes having your connection state changed (e.g. going from no connection to 3G) will make the music pause itself for some ungodly reason.

People liked Rdio because they could implement technology well, which is something that can't be said of Spotify. Off the top of my head, Rdio's version of Connect and their library function were in place long, long before Spotify got these things together.

So have they done away with library sharing? I mean the thing so that theoretically you can access your desktop computer's itunes library from an ios device if they're on the same wifi network. I can't find the option anywhere in the new ios music. (Not that it makes much difference since the poo poo never worked for me anyway, but I'm wondering if it's actually officially dead and buried)

I'm not sure if it's a music rights thing because of the streaming or a technical thing they couldn't get ready in time. iOS 8.4.1 perhaps?

Has anybody else had trouble adding music from AM to their libraries? This function was working fine for me until this afternoon when a bunch of the music that I had added today disappeared and I wasn't able to add anything else. I'm getting that "cloud with a lightning bolt" symbol in the top left as well, even though my connection is fine. I tried logging out and in and then when I tried to add music again it gave me the option of uploading everything to iCloud which seems a bit pointless. It's taking forever and I'll be pissed if this doesn't solve the issue; has anybody had any experience with this?
