So, uh, unless I'm missing something this game controls pretty horrifically and runs worse than it has any right to.

It controls by clicking on places where you want to go and then you go there? The performance problems are definitely real though, that's a consequence of an old, bad codebase in a language poorly suited to the application. A fix (C++ client) is in the works and I think a beta is expected for 4th quarter 2015.

Yeah, if you can access Priffdinas (and if you can't, what the gently caress are you doing instead of prepping for Plague's End  ). I got one thing to make me log in, and then I find out I gotta get chewed bones to properly finish barbarian training; Jagex has greatest logic on making quests depend solely on RNG.

Here's something fun and cool I found over on memeland (I know, I know) Someone who was previously #3 on the seasonal highscores complained on le redditscape about the top 2 people possibly account sharing, and wanted them removed. Mod Kelpie investigated, and not only did he find that the top 2 players were indeed account sharing, but also the person who made the complaint. Temp bans and highscore removals for all involved! Now usually the story would end here, but because this is Runescape, of course it doesn't. One of the players involved (supposedly also a HLF hotshot) then took to Mod Kelpie's Twitter page in an effort to try and get the decision reversed, which eventually ended in a picture of them cutting their big fat thigh (or a generic image of someone else cutting their big fat thigh, no one seems to know) in an effort to guilt trip him / garner sympathy I suppose?      http://puu.sh/iUtm1.png Yes cutting yourself over a big nerd competition seems like exceptionally reasonable recourse. Finally got around to doing my Pulse Core Overloads, which went swimmingly and only cost me 25m (84-90 herb + extremes to make ovls). I made 105~ 3 Dose Ovls to start, so 315 doses which should give me around 100 Raxor kills assuming I'm bad and take 3 doses a kill. Hopefully I can get some good drop luck by then. I've never fought Arraxor before, but my plan is to upgrade from my t70 range armour to t90 (35m, I only have 20m left atm so I'll have to farm a bit) and then borrow asc crossbows for an hour a day to do a few kills before the enrage gets too high. Gettin' up there in the RS world \o/

If you aren't already, farm Clawdia for cocktails while the summer event is still here. Lasts for half an hour and each additional cocktail refreshes the timer while maintaining the 10% boost.
