Question for you guys since google search isn't giving me answers:

Long story short, the map says that Founders Island is clear and I've gotten everything but the Riddles solved section (as well as the orphanage checkpoint) both say Im one trophy down/don't have all breakable objects. I can't find any Riddler's helpers (to be fair Ive just looked around Founders). Is this a bug or am I overlooking something?

Making real life cities complete non-existent can make writing real-life references problematic. The unofficial answer is probably "real cities exist when we need them to" and leave the disasters and explosions and mass murder and building collapses to the fantasy ones. Marvel primarily uses real life settings, so it doesn't have it as much, and even if they did they'd just tack on a new universe somewhere.

Blew my mind when someone pointed out how the Joker slowly loses his Titan poisoning and gets healthier as his hold on Batman's mind grows.

While I appreciate them making Scarecrow more visually scary his TV rants weren't quite the right touch.

You want to make him particularly spooky? Make it so that he somehow knows more about Batman than he knows himself. How much of the TV Scarecrow is real and how much is a hallucination?

Or trippy poo poo like Arkham Asylum's Visitor Room

The problem with him as a villain is that his power is to make Batman the villain. Like, his whole schtick as a villain requires him to step back everytime he does something to let the story focus on Batman's inner demons.

What they could have done is have Scarecrow work against Batman externally. Batman's untouchable, but his friends aren't. Subject Barbara and Gordon and Tim and everybody to their worst fears. Have them turn against Batman somehow. Basically what they did with the Arkham Knight, except not stupid. It even thematically ties in.

are there any villains that would work for a 1vs1 predator segment? because that could be cool. make it so detective mode doesn't work for some reason, and have an AI behaving basically like a batman hunting the PC. Throw in some unexpected moves and it would be a fun fight, I'm surprised they've never done it.

Mr. Freeze did that in City. The final fight in Origins and the DLC both acted pretty differently though.

Mr. Freeze also disables Detective Mode on New Game +, I think. The one in Origins does so at the end, but that fight is kind of easy due to the way you can deal a ton of damage in just three hits.

I'd like something like Cold, Cold Heart was - a follow-up or maybe prequel campaign set on the same map (or just a section of it, again like CCH.) The Gotham Stories establish that people like Zsasz, Killer Croc and Calendar Man are active, so that's somewhere they could go.

Some people seem to think that Calendar Man is the one who blew up Wayne Manor at the end, given that he's at the beginning of the game and at the end near Wayne Manor, as he said he would be in Arkham City. But then that raises the obvious question of what the Knightfall Protocol is supposed to be.

Personally, I don't follow that theory.

Oh, hmm, must be my ears then. He doesn't sound as into the role as he did during Origins, but maybe that's just me putting more quality into the game than there actually is. :v:

Also goddamn, perfect freeflow fights in Knightmare are so loving satisfying. I have the Muscle Suit Brutes down to a T and countering their weapons is basically second nature at this point. Pretty sure it'd actually mess up my timing more if the counter indicators came back.

The Batmobile stuff is very front loaded. There are several sections where you're working alongside the car but most content is still on foot.

Jeeze, they actually modelled all of that stuff that was off in the distance? That's actually pretty loving impressive. Like, sure they're super low res models but most other devs would have just left that as some kind of drawing on the background.
