Mushishi is good, but the episodic nature means that I am more invested in seeing more of Chihayafuru, though ofc the ideal is more of both.

i really liked the dc animated universe stuff as a kid, and then when i tried to get into comics i spent a lot of time going 'hey... wait... unlike the cartoons, this sucks!' so ive never cared about comics.

I love every Chihaya kissing Taichi post because it's been pretty obvious from the start that it's not going to happen. It's like when people rooted for the werewolf in vampire romance series Twilight, you might be right on some level but you're also doomed from the start.

Comics Go watch darkman Basically Sam Raimi couldnt get the rights to make a batman movie so he made a superhero movie based on his own original superhero her wrote a story about once and the movie is really good The sequels are probably not good, and aren't by raimi and don't have any of the original actors involved iirc
