From what I heard her say, protests around Planned Parenthoods have intensified, and Congress is taking up a vote to potentially defund it BEFORE they vote to have an investigation into it. I don't know, she might be misinformed or there was some miscommunication involved about some of the details, but it sounds like Planned Parenthood's facing a rough patch. I might actually volunteer there again as a patient escort, I feel like they need all the help they can get.

I think that if these videos end up with a defunding of PP, then they didn't matter. They are so weak and obviously bullshit then all it would have taken is some sort of 1980's style satanic panic where they got a bunch of kids to walk onto the floor of congress and claim they had their kidneys stolen and sold on the black market with similar results.

We've already seen what riding that wave gets us, Beck and Palin weren't smart they just understood that on average there are a lot of voters who think 'hey things aren't perfect now MAYBE IF WE JUST CHANGE EVERYTHING SUDDENLY' that's why you don't super often have a full control over both houses and the executive branch.
