I sleep on my side. Either with one arm under my pillow (under my head) or both arms in front of me holding something. Like another pillow or scrunched up blanket. I also still sleep holding a blankie. I call it my adult blankie because it's just a top sheet that's been washed a bunch of times and is really soft.

I have trouble relaxing, so usually when I should be sleeping I'm instead being like "WAIT WAIT WAIT WHAT WERE THE NAMES OF THE MAIN DOGS IN 101 DALMATIANS poo poo I NEED TO KNOW THIS" For hours.

Keane if you have trouble sleeping maybe listen to a podcast or audiobook. I try to pick something that is interesting enough to distract my brain, while monotonous enough to put me to sleep. Also if you have an app for it, slow down the speech to like 80%
