It's interesting in theory. But performing the actual experiment can be quite mind numbing. You work in shifts around the clock to maximise beam time. And I always got the night shifts. A lot of the process can be automated, but you still have to be there in case something goes wrong or the program hangs. The two types of experiments I've done are imaging individual cells that have been fixed (read as dead or frozen, but not deteriorating. Like embalming) to see if we can see where the agent is going inside the cell. And irradiating live cells to see how they react with or without the agent - basically to see if we can kill them with radiation + drug but not just the radiation. Ahhh, I missed MBTI chat, but that's probably a good thing. I think the types of personalities / metrics used are all valid but the way most people figure out theirs (tests and such) or what they mean (buzzfeed memes) tend to be really bad.

How spooky that yesterday when y'all were talking ghosts, I was visiting a ~~hAuNtEd LiGhT hOuSe~~ Apparently on the scale of hauntedness it wasn't that haunted and was more a cool old building to look at. As we were leaving we stopped to look at this information board and this guy asked us about the lighthouse. He talked a bit about the story and asked if we were going to go see it. We said we had actually just left it and he said "oh nothing happened to you then?" I thought that was a strange interaction but then when I looked back I noticed he kept humming and hawing around the path to the lighthouse but not actually going down it. He really wanted to see it but was scared to go alone! Sleep: Sleeping is good for you. You only need a few hours of sleep to get rest so your body can get used to suboptimal sleeping times but you need to sleep longer to heal up your body, grow and recover. Not getting enough sleep is really bad long term. If you regularly sleep like 4 hours or something and have aches and stuff they never seen to go away consider sleeping more.
