There was a Donald Duck comic that was pretty controversial over here in Sweden a couple of years ago. I don't have any scans but basically Huey, Dewey and Louie pirate a CD so they can listen to the album before they can afford it. Donald sees this and decides to pirate CDs for profit. Scrooge then pops through the window and tells Donald about the evils of piracy and that he now has to pay a fine to his record company. Donald begs for Scrooge's forgiveness. Scrooge then tells him he won't have to pay if he never does it again. End comic. There was another one with the exact same format where Donald tries to abuse return policies, Scrooge popping through the window and anything.

This is our local cartoonist. He goes under the name Tecknar-Olle (Olle the Cartoonist). He's been an editorial cartoonist since 1988. He's popped up in previous iterations of this thread a couple of times. He gives you hard hitting cartoons such as  We want to give you local news! and, uh  Swedes drink less milk and  Criminal gangs infiltrate the garbage industry "This industry stinks!" He hasn't posted any cartoons in a month but there's a backlog of about 2500 cartoons on his site.
