So there is a breed of cat known as the Ragamuffin. They are fuzzy, loving, and love to snuggle. Wanted to share pictures of my litter mates. The one with gold accents is Copper and the grey spotted is Cobalt (and for the record, their pet tags are Cu and Co respectively).    (Unedited photo. I love this chubby bastard.)

I wanted to take her but my own cranky little turd doesn't like other cats. She is identical to this cat. This explains so much--my friend would upload videos of her just being the snuggliest thing.

I'm sad to say that one of my cats, Smokey, (read: this little ball of claws and purring)   is deathly sick; she's completely lost equilibrium and the use of her hind legs. I'll be taking her to the vet's as soon as they open. If anyone has any kind wishes they could share, That would make my night easier; I have her sleeping on my couch right now, but if I move more than a few feet, she cries for me.

I hope your kitty does OK and can pull through, I've had 2 dogs that passed from different things and it's never easy to get over. Best drat dogs my family ever had

Sel Nar, I'm so sorry. I hope the vet has good news. I don't want to give you false hope, but my cat was acting like that and it turned out to be a minor infection when she was about 6. She didn't lose use of her legs totally, but she was very lethargic and off-balance. Antibiotics and subcutaneous fluids brought her back to normal. I'll be pulling for you and Smokey in the hopes that it can be treated and that she feels better soon.

Man this makes me glad that my old dirty bastard of a cat; Mr Tibbs/Tibbs/Tibby(that very first name is something he's literally never called but it was the name he had when we adopted him so it's worth noting in my opinion), despite being pretty drat ancient by cat standards(he was 2 or 3 when we adopted him and that was in 1999) is still rather hale and healthy outside of him starting to get some minor fur matting issues and losing some of his former athleticism(and I'm pretty sure he lost one of his fangs within the last 2-3 years but I'm not entirely sure as he doesn't like people looking in his mouth even by cat standards), also for a cat that used to be kinda a jerk(lord knows how many comics and magazines he chewed up during the first 5-6 years we owned him before he mostly gave up that habit), these days he's very sweet and affectionate(can't even count the number of times he's brought me out of a depressive state just by being there), I'll admit I'm incredibly frightened for when he does someday pass, as I'm not sure how well I'll be able to handle it on an emotional level(I've had him for the majority of my 24 years of life so he's very important to me), I'll have to post some photos of him and some of my other pets when I'm able to post from an actual computer and not the app once more

So, just got back from the Vet's, and the official prognosis is 'We haven't the foggiest, so we'll do a full blood workup and see if there's a cause for it' On the bright side, Smokey's regained the use of her hind legs, but her sense of balance is shot and her right eye is basically frozen. She's basically an adorable 7-pound bobblehead who's quite content to sit on my feet and nap.
