i'm salty about having to pay 100% out of pocket for one of my meds but my four daily 1.60$ pills would cost between 15$ and 25$ per depending on generic vs brand and whatnot

although tbf i'm like 80% sure my use case is admissible to private insurance coverage in the states so idunno if it would be actually more expensive if i lived over there

To the community
I am writing this because it has become clear I have no easier options. I am writing this today as a member of this community since last august. One who fell victim to those false ideas sent upon us from the creation of Paycoin and as all of you, upset and destroyed. I am writing this to you to tell you that what happened to us all is still happening behind the scenes, but this time not from the same man, but yet other Paycoin members who represent paycoins highest interests to become the valuable crypto currency it can be. But yet it seems, that they have learned a thing or two after all we have gone through with Garza and have placed me in the same situation I felt back in January, crushed and destroyed. Please, don’t post things saying keep your personal problems at home. That won’t help.

I am here to post facts of a situation that has accrued to me personally. I never intended to write this and make it public (reason why for this post mentioned below), but I felt, for me, the community should know before you reap from this future site and its features without knowing how it all started and how it has become of today.
Back in March, I was reached out to by another member to help him create an Ad network. This was the time we all finally felt the crush and blow of lies and dismay. I was more than happy to keep my mind of the decrease in Paycoins value while helping to create a platform for Paycoin to benefit. This was our goal. As many, we all tried to create ways to use Paycoin, to help Paycoin and to stand together as one community.
We devised a plan in March and wrote off a small contract. Then Cryptoads. io was born. After I asked him how he wants to split the percentage of this, on his request, he wanted to split this site or “future” company 50/50.

In hind sight, he is a minor and this contract meant nothing.

He came to me and asked to help him build the system, not to code, but to help him design every aspect and future aspects of the site. Anything, ranging from which currency to use for the main system to the layout of the site; for the best user interface experience. Again I am no coder, but I spent countless hours helping this young lad out with this Ad Network from its inception until a few weeks ago. My job for this site was to, once launched was marketing. Making sure we are heard in every corner of the world, by reaching out to news outlets and so on.

Again I am no coder.

The split of the site seemed fair, as we both knew where we stood as to what we both needed to do. Everything was fine for 3-4 months; about a month before we were ready to launch. Also we were days away before making this into a company. I’d also reached out to a writer to write an article on a large crypto news site. But the problems started when, money got involved.

We got interest from another long term Paycoin community member. The amount is not important, but what is, at this moment the communication between myself and my partner started to weaken as I was hearing second hand of new investment proposal from this member. Over the course of 3 weeks, he changed his mind on how he wants to invest, sure, business. But during this time, problems erupted, because the investor was under the impression that I was a coder, he did not do his due diligence prior to wanting to invest. Maybe those side conversations effected this. Maybe not. But what is this all about really?

This investor showed concerned through side hangouts with my partner and other members during normal conversions, it came up that I was not a coder and with this, he himself believed I didn’t deserve the percentage that I and my partner agreed upon. At first I was a bit upset for him to even say such a thing to me through a hangout. But he continuously stated that he wanted to make sure that Boxhock was happy as he was the sole coder of this system. He was worried that if he could no longer code in the future months, Because of school, that he would need a higher % of this all so he could hire someone out to help run the coding with him by giving out a % to the new coder if we did not have funds to pay. At the same time he continued to state countless times how important I was for this project. In a nut shell I learned then and there that Box was also not happy with his percentage. It became clear as korfax kept repeating to me “we need to make him happy-happy-happy, or he will just stop”. In hind sight Box was feeling remorse in not thinking through in March on how much % he wanted. We were both new to this all. So I understood the situation at hand, however I did not like how the situation came about, from the investor, and not through communications from my partner.
I was told to sleep on it and find a way to make box the majority % holder in the “Future” Company. I was not thrilled with this situation and how this was going to be honest. I took it as a slap in the face. But I slept on it and woke up with understanding and concern. I wanted this to work. I wanted this site that we were creating together to be the best as we made it to be. But at the same time I had to make the decision to make this work. So I offered what korfax wanted to hear, box getting 50%. I would go to 25%. Though I lost a lot, I figure my gesture would go a long way in making this work. But I was wrong.
Box, after hearing of my gesture to help him, was still not happy. He simply said “70% box, 25% korfax and 5% for me. Now write after he proposed this, I was shocked as this was a huge slap in the face with no explanations. I told him his proposal was a joke and we need to talk about this.

I wanted to communicate with him and resolve this matter as best as possible. I was shocked with his response to me: “agree right now to 70% to me or I will not speak to you”…..now think about that, how would you react?
Now bottom line here is it got to a point where it was clear that he didn’t want me around anymore and very clear that he felt he threw himself under the bus in the first place by offering me from the start what he did. So clearly he wasn’t going to continue unless I agreed.
Now here I am, thinking I did my honest best by meeting them half way and in return receiving responses like this. What am I supposed to do?
After a day he comes to me and says, Korfax is willing to buy the code for x amount of dollars and that we should split it 50/50 according to our “contract”.

Now what was going to happen next, Korfax would buy the code, make an LLC and give Jonas 70% of his new form company. Now according to Korfax that % was for his continued work on the site, to me, it was kicking me out of something I spent countless hours on. Again I am not a coder, but my ideas and effort were highly valuable. Now, I spoke to korfax and he said to me that box won’t budge on his 70% mind and that he wanted to do what was right by giving me 5% (charity) with a clause to by me out after one year.

So every corner I looked I was looked over by them and lost control of anything I had.
I eventually had a talk with Box, I was angry I won’t lie, but I was calm. I wanted to make this right for me as well. I asked him, what did I do? Are you mad at me? He calmly said no I am not mad at you and that I did nothing wrong.
So I then continued and said it doesn’t seem that way. If you want me out, give me 10% (5% from his 70% which would bring him to 65%) to end this problem in a civil manor. He sternly said no, he wants 70% and “we” will sell to korfax. As stated above, our fears about box not being able to code in a few months because of school was now turned on me saying that in a few months I will be starting a new job and I won’t have any time. Mind games? Now I’m not perfect, I was a bit lost and frankly he didn’t want to meet or help the situation. I told him I do not agree with selling anything and that I want my 10% (dramatic decrees from 50%). He again said no, no, no so I replied well without my approval of this sale the site is done. He hinted he would do it anyways and I implied there could be lengthy legal ramifications, but apparently, according to him now I was threating him, which I wasn’t. But just then, when I mention legal all of a sudden he says this is the reason I want 70%...to me he finally found something to justify his actions. In my heart I knew he would just run with this all even without my approval. Which led me here now, I read a post on Paycoin slack a few days ago stating he was about to launch “his” ad network. After reading this, I was crushed. I was blindsided by someone who I thought was a friend and to my knowledge (because korfax is not responding to me), korfax leading the way for his new LLC Adverti. io.

This post will not help me in anyway other than closure. Speaking to the community I called home for almost a year. I just wanted you to know that when we all expected things from the Garza days were behind us all and that we were all in the same boat and trying to succeed, that this indeed is still happening.

What lead to all this? Greed? Was it one person believing all of a sudden he is better them me and not equal human beings? Who knows? But At least you all know who will be behind one the best ad network platforms out there when it launches. This will be a great site and I’m sure you will all use it, but I just want you to know before using it what has happened behind the scenes. And it my eyes will be forever tainted and connected with two members of this community looking for their best interests.

They say it’s just business, but I say it’s inhumane.
