Actually Marvel has the full TV rights for X-Men, I believe, they just won't use them because it isn't synergistic.

On the wiki I looked up, as of Secret Wars she is essentially Inhuman, though she inherited some scienced blood from her dad? Or did you mean Brand? Because last I checked she was still half mutant. But I admit I haven't checked thoroughly.

Well Marvel is gonna include Brand as a supporting character in the new post-reboot Captain Marvel so that's a good chance to make whatever tweaks they want. Really I just want her to be Brand because that actress is such a good casting choice for her.

I guess it is for the best that the TV shows neglect the alien versions. Besides, they are looking to do more magic going forward anyway, so magic god powers are cool. Have we seen the wings in action yet? That's going to make or break them.
