Toned, effeminate men are the height of masculinity and straight-ness, while muscley beefcakes are extremely homosexual and lady-like. So it makes total sense that they'd cast Speed of Sound with a deep, manly voice, because he is the straight man's ideal. Pri-pri Prisoner, on the other hand, is going to have a very high voice for a man, because he is musclebound and gay.

The middle part with the sentai team was pretty lame, but everything else was amazing. It was the most beautiful off-the-rails show ever, and the Cop's ending was fine, it was progression for his thing and not fixing it right away was a good call.
