The only eps of X files ive ever seen was the one where the sexy lady kills people in the game and the die in real life, and the episode was titled First Person Shooter. And then one where an invisible guy got hit by a car

Jose Chung's From Outer Space is Rashomon but about an alien abduction and will change your life. Clyde Bruckman's Final Repose is real good. Those are the two X Files episodes everyone should watch, a lot of the rest are real good but those are the essential ones.
