As you can tell from the photo, the pasta is actually sitting above the mugline. This made it easy to eat initially, as one might use one�s lips to consume an ice-cream at speed. Unfortunately once past the mugline, the sauce itself was too stodgy to remove through pouring.

Pros and cons emerge from the next stage � the small exposed surface area ensured that the meal remained hot, which is excellent, however the only non-cutlery based consumption method was to use the tongue to scoop, which resulted in the sensation of burning. In the end I was forced to employ a teaspoon.

In summary, pasta from a mug is not something I relish again, although I realise that I have used an atypical dish as a first attempt.

Mug-food rating: 3 out of 10

I haven't had these since I lived in Virginia so I looked them up to see if I could get them shipped. Turns out you can get them much cheaper directly from UTZ then you can from Amazon.

Now the AFP part: I love spicy pork rinds. Locally, though, I can only find plain or BBQ, both of which are abominations. The UTZ website has both spicy pork rinds and spicy pork cracklins. They look exactly the same in the pictures, packaging aside. Does anyone know what the difference is?

Few pages back but rinds are just going to be fried skin, the puffy stuff most people eat. Cracklins are most likely going to be fried fat with skin attached, I think they taste better, but they are much denser, and sometimes you get a real hard mother fucker.

I find it incredible that according to Whole Foods it looks like there exists a market for people willing to pay 5$ for 500ml of asparagus or mushroom consomm�.

On the other hand anyone too lazy to throw a few aspargus in boiling water totally deserves to be fleeced buying the latest stupid superfood fad.

I've had the cucumber, rhubarb, juniper, and lavender and they are all very good, not overly sweet and the flavors aren't overwhelming.

Although they are sort of designed with cocktails in mind rather than for drinking straight up.
