Cracklins are most likely going to be fried fat with skin attached, I think they taste better, but they are much denser, and sometimes you get a real hard mother fucker.

I find it incredible that according to Whole Foods it looks like there exists a market for people willing to pay 5$ for 500ml of asparagus or mushroom consommé. On the other hand anyone too lazy to throw a few aspargus in boiling water totally deserves to be fleeced buying the latest stupid superfood fad.

I've had the cucumber, rhubarb, juniper, and lavender and they are all very good, not overly sweet and the flavors aren't overwhelming. Although they are sort of designed with cocktails in mind rather than for drinking straight up.
