I'm curious as to why she doesn't get sterilized if she's the one who would have complications having kids. What if you break up and want a kid with someone else? Is she just going to make all her boyfriends get snipped?

She's not 'making' me get a vasectomy. I'd been considering one for years, and this seems like a good reason to get one. We're not having kids if I stay in this relationship, she reacts poorly to several other kinds of birth control, it seems a pretty reasonable step. I'm fine without kids in another relationship, too, so even if we break I won't be cursing the heavens for getting my balls cut apart.

KillHour posted:The essure thing. I had an Essure and it was no big deal. I got sedated for about 15 minutes, (Propofol, but individual Dr's probably do different things), had a Coke when I woke up, and the Mister drove us home. You have to use back up birth control for 3 months, then you go in for a contrast dye scan (totally painless) to make sure the tubes are blocked. That's it. Now, unfortunately for me, I was one of the rare instances of one of the implants not taking on one side. (My OB said out of 500+ Essure procedures he'd done, I was only the third to have it perforate a tube and not work.) So, I then proceeded to have a conventional [laproscopic] tubal ligation. Which was also no big deal for me; it carries the usual risks that go with general anesthesia, but that's it. I got the IV, went down, was awake a half hour later, and we stopped for lunch on the way home. A little discomfort right at the incision sites (belly button, and another small one lower down) for the next day or two, but that was it. Didn't go with the Mister getting snipped because my OB himself had a failed vasectomy (grew back) and had another kid, and we have a friend who had TWO vasectomies that grew back (had kids, had a vasectomy, had another kid, had another vasectomy, had another kid.) It's the worst super power. Now, I know these are just anecdotes; the fail rate for vasectomies is something like 1 in 2000, and the fail rate for tubals is like 1 in 4000, but it spooked us. I think unless you are in a lifetime committed partnership/marriage, the person who really, really doesn't EVER want kids (or shouldn't medically have them) should be the one to have a permanent procedure done, like KillHour said.

It's still way more invasive. Think about where Fallopian tubes are vs. the vas. You're going into the body a lot farther. It also isn't as effective (isn't even as effective as some kinds of birth control). The Essure procedure is putting in rods, which irritate your tubes enough that they become filled with scar tissue and basically seal themselves shut, so you can see why there can be side effects. (In contrast, vasectomies usually just cauterize or suture the ends.) Essure is also made with nickel, which is a pretty common allergy. It definitely works for some people, some people love it, but there's no question it's a bigger deal than a vasectomy. e: beaten real bad

Hey y'all, question about lasting longer, surely this is a first for this thread: My relatively new lady friend has never finished from PiV except apparently I've gotten her close a few times (I can feel it in her insides and see it in her face and she's not the sort to try and stroke my ego) but knowing that she's about to finish is like instakill for me. In the past with other partners I've done the following: a) have constant sex to get my stamina up, b) get her close before I start so it happens while I'm still many feet back from the edge, or c) just finish quick myself inside of her and keep going, since I have all the control in the world on round 2. These won't work because a) we don't have time to have sex more than once a day, b) she isn't super into oral, c) we haven't known each other long enough for me to leave soup in her cupboard. I have no issue lasting except for that moment when I think "yo she's abt to finish yo" - any advice on bridging the gap? I'm hesitant about a ring because I worry it's going to mess up the other 99% of my personal experience or my effectiveness, or both, plus she's not super adventurous so I don't want to show up with brightly colored accessories until I've tried some other options.

The only way I could get my ex to cum from PiV was to put a cock ring around my balls and do it doggy style. Some girls just need clitoral stimulation, even just a little bit, to get them over the top, and that's just the way it is. Edit: read the post better. You could wear a condom to last longer, though that may work too well. And you can always knock one out earlier in the day. hoobajoo fucked around with this message at 22:52 on Aug 7, 2015 |

Practice peaking and backing off while you jerk it. You know the muscles everybody talks about for sex, where you can like stop yourself in mid pee by flexing? If you can relax those muscles instead you can delay your orgasm for a while. It's not easy especially during actual loving but give it a try.

Weve done 5 min before in a pinch but usually we break an hour or come near, prob 40ish min of piv average - condoms dry her out and generally make it all less enjoyable for both of us, my fingers are smaller, less ideally shaped, and quicker to fatigue than my dick. Ive heard of this backing off thing but specifically, how do you do it, so that its helpful? Stop right before climax, and then what, let go and count to ten? Or just slow down? Is there a youtube video that possibly includes a grapefruit???? e: knock one out early is a good call but if its more than 2 hours before i doubt itll help and ours is a more spontaneous sex life so hard to plan. not sure i wanna say "hold on lemme get off first" tho honestly that could be weaved into some fun ideas, i will think on that! black.lion fucked around with this message at 23:02 on Aug 7, 2015 |

Fingers can apply a lot more direct pressure than the dick, and the thickness doesn't matter, cause you've got four. Good techniques are rotating your wrist back and forth to rock a knuckle over the G spot, moving up and down while gradually picking up speed, and if you can, vibrating your hand. Endurance shouldn't be much of a concern if you do it right. It takes 3 days to hit 100% of your jizz reserve capacity, so jerking prior should still help some. And you can just start planning sex sometimes, it's not a big deal.

Your lady friend may be different but I've never found stamina to be a problem with manual sex, you don't need to turn your hand into a food mixer or anything, unless your dick can do the same I guess. Honestly I find using hands far far easier and more interesting because my dick isn't prehensile, so there's a bit of a limit as to what you can do with it. If she's willing to try you can experiment to see what exactly she likes from manual intercourse and get a good technique going. I would say that unless she has a very specific thing for penis then you shouldn't be unable to do with your hands what you can do with your cock. She may find that there's specific things she enjoys a lot but it'll be up to the pair of you to figure out what that is.

Honestly though if you are loving for 40 mins to an hour already this is probably not your issue. Your problem is the specific action of your girl getting off around you making you bust too fast. My advice to you in this situation is try not to change what you're doing too much. In my experience when you come guys tend to fall off their rhythm which usually torpedoes any potential orgasm in the lady. If she's getting close sometimes feeling that youre also getting close inside her can push her closer but if you're shuddering all weird and stuff it's definitely going to kill her momentum. Youre mentioning soup in her kitchen, are you not wearing condoms? Im not saying come and keep loving but you don't have to pull out before you come at least. If she's getting close you should try to parlay it into yall coming at the same time. GL

It's pretty rare, but it can happen. I'm able to pull it off most of the time if I really concentrate. For me, it was a skill I had to learn. I've heard certain mind-altering substances can make it easier. If you just mean orgasming, doing other stuff, getting hard again and orgasming a second time, that's quite common.

Hey guys I'm back, since ten posts ago I have not achieved getting her off purely with mah dick BUT we're pretty excellent at getting her off with our powers combined so its all good. She's on vacation for ten days, I want to get her something vibrate-y that will blow her mind. Not Lady's First Bullet, something strong that when applied to a blindfolded individual will result in them making lots of noise. However I don't want to spend more than $60ish. Suggest me all types of vibrators, thread! e: Preferably available on Amazon black.lion fucked around with this message at 16:32 on Aug 17, 2015 |

Dope - when we first got together she told me, almost apologetically (poor thing, amazes me how much guilt women catch sometimes for not being able to climax, like it's offensive to their partner...) that it was hard to get her off; I asked if she'd ever tried a vibrator and she said "yea a couple times, it helped" - I have a feeling this is going to elicit a more emphatic review Also it says the max setting is 6300 RPM (Vibes Per Minute? idk...) and the original corded version tops out at 6000 sooooo maybe it is better? Also on sale on Amazon right now for ~$70... Hey unrelated question sort of - when women "squirt" that's pee, right? Or sometimes it's pee? Happened to me once in college and there was a LOT and it was definitely just very clear pee, since then I've never seen the geyser effect in real life but I'm curious if it's possible, ever, for it to not be pee. It's always pee, isn't it.

Like I said though, probably not a big difference.

It kinda is and isn't pee. It's from the bladder, but an empty bladder will rapidly fill up just before a squirt, and it tends to contain very very little urea, but should contain some glad secretions.

Is tendency to squirt (there has to be a scientific name for it, if it isn't pee, right??) a genetic thing or a matter of technique, or what? Honestly I've been in an argument with a friend, I've been arguing that it's always pee, and clearly I'm wrong. So I'd like address my own squirt-ignorance by learning more about projectile vaginas.

If it comes out of the bladder I think it can be rounded up to pee, even if it's not exactly the same as a normal pee. It is a liquid expelled from the bladder via the exact delivery method that pee is. I think you're splitting hairs here.

It's an involuntary sexual response, and is specifically created by the body to be ejaculated. It isn't a way to get rid of filtered liquid rubbish like pee is. It has a different purpose and a different makeup. Who cares where it's made? If I use my stewing pot to make a bolognese, is it a stew?
