Cricket is the only sport where multiple athletes have been harassed by ghosts.

Top score by the number 9, highest partnership between 9 and 10. I don't think that's how this tour game was meant to go.

Maybe they should reverse the batting order.

Or just play 10 bowlers and a keeper.

Ellyse Perry bowled 6-32 in the test. England's women have to win all three Twenty20s to draw the series and retain.

Test Matches in the Womens game are only four days - still, just as long or even a bit longer than the Mens.

Looking at the County Championship stats and wondering whether Dawid Malan is in with a shot at getting a call-up. He's averaging over 100 so far this season (albeit from 7 innings) and has had a few decent limited overs innings.

What do you mean, I totally have a portrait of myself chilling with Bruce Springsteen, Mick Jagger, Elvis, JFK, Muhammed Ali, Frank Sinatra and a topless Angelina Jolie. Above my work desk.

Well they're not going to start the test on a Monday or a Tuesday. Tests nearly always start Thursdays these days.

Tests should always and as far as I can remember of the old days did always start on a Thursday. It's only the bullshit modern day schedule that has Tests starting on whatever loving day they feel like. And then are finished before the weekend and everyone loses out on the huge revenue it would have brought. [edit] If the poor little darling players need a break, give 'em a rest day on a Sunday with Botham and they can drink and drug all they like.

Well, sometimes they traditionally start on Boxing day. They're not worried about having to time it to get the kids in or whatever, they can start them any day of the week they like in England and be sure of a crowd. I'm not sure why Sky don't insist on them starting on Thursday or Friday, weekend advertising slots must be worth more than weekday.

Apparently the South African bowling plan for the black caps leaked out. Hardly a big reveal primary thing seems to be targeting a good length outside of the off stump. Sometimes looking for late movement in to the batsman for LBW or bowled.
