This is true - I actually know a few people who work there. Unfortunately, from what I hear, it's probably not worth your time unless you live in the Philippines or another country with a very low cost of living (compared to the US/Europe). This, coincidentally, is why many of WH's "live action" photos appear to be taken in tropical locations and most of their models appear to be pacific islander.
