A blanket law on the other hand doesn't involve the churches direct will. Good luck with your bar or whatever

Ohio was the one that stood out to me, I was expecting it to be state_population.jpg outside of the PNW which would explain Texas and Florida (although them being Texas and Florida is probably explanation enough) but it's way darker than New York or Pennsylvania. I guess it's population might be more rural? Wyoming is the other odd one, maybe he has a ranch down there.
