Then there are a bunch of people that are claiming Hillary is a likable person, despite the fact that her public persona is literally a squirm-inducing running joke on a very good TV show. The reason for these claims, well, favorability numbers of course. Edit: Also, if you would be so kind, please provide me your predictions for the primaries. It's weird how anecdotal evidence is usually worthless and polls are scientific, but in this case Comrade Dahbadu's personal anecdotes are obviously much more accurate. People generally don't like Hillary Clinton and if some polls are saying otherwise then they are flawed.

Doesnt the whole "Bill cheated on her with 5-10 different women during his time in the oval office" thing make her look bad to other women? Like do they respect her or just want to like her because she's a woman politician. Most women voted for Obama anyway in 08 when it came down to it. She got she-cucked, hard, and she's still trying to brush it off.

I mean, there's certainly some people who blame her because obviously she's not doing something right if her man is off with other women, but they don't hold it against her. Besides, we're talking about Bill Clinton, a man who could probably talk Billy Graham into some questionable acts after a few minutes of conversation. Who's going to be mad when they know they'd succumb to his charms in a second? Mighty nice of Hillary to not scare them with the potential vengeance of a scorned women when they happen to get stuck in an elevator with Bill.

Hillary's favorables soared during that whole ordeal, an opponent bringing it up is probably the best way to consolidate the women's vote around Hillary and would be really dumb move. Which is why I fully expect at least two Republican campaign ads based around it during the general election.

In this case, you are taking numbers and then throwing them in the trash because you don' think they fit. That's not really the same thing as applying context. Here is an attempt to provide context to Hillary's favorability numbers: There is a large population of old and stiff baby boomer democrats out there who don't necessarily see Hillary's lack of on-camera shine as a problem. This is a group of people who have been voting for establishment democrat candidates their whole life and aren't about to stop. Personally, as a relatively young millennial, watching Hillary is like nails on chalkboard, but the thing that's great about statistics is that they help us see outside our bubble.

I think a lot of people posting here are underestimating how moderate voters will react to attack ads on Bernie using the word socialist. If the Republicans start to feel threatened by Bernie, their attacks on him would be brutal. Someone that occasionally votes Republican will be terrified by those ads. Especially the older voters that vote in massive numbers.
