What's new with the Livestream kittens? The feral mum is going back to her habitat on Thursday, so her kittens are slowly being introduced permanently to the domesticated rescue mum. Result as of today: loads of kittens stuffed into a tiny cat bed http://livestream.com/tinykittens/tip There will be a total of eleven after Thursday; in a couple of weeks when they've really found their legs, it will be zoomie mayhem. (Just in time for my semester to kick off, possibly the only thing standing between me and complete insanity).

So... I was losing my mind thinking one of the ferrets I just adopted somehow found a hole in the wall or something and fell in. I was running around the room, his cage-mate hot on my heels, yelling, "Splinter! Splinter!!" So I backtrack. Last time I saw him was in the sock drawer. Look in there... Nope!
