"Earliest successful scumread", or "Most scum correctly identified in one mass read" That's a good idea too. Does anyone want to take the lead on forming a small group to talk about what this should look like and then coming up with a fleshed out proposal to the thread in a week or couple weeks? I'm happy to be in that discussion, but I'm an ideas man, Michael. I think I proved that with gently caress Mafia.

One thing re: lurkers that occurs to me is a role like in Mozzafiato's italian game, where players could volunteer for ancillary public roles such as votecounter, hated-nominator. You could have a role that at the start of each day could be nominated or voted in quickly, whose sole purpose is to ##condemn or ##save lurkers. That way you bring in some sort of majority voting necessity that would skew lurker elimination back into a public and voted mechanic, which is less scum-biased.

If you ignore the major categories, like "Best Town Performance," I think it would be pretty funny to look back on past games in the year. 50 loves bringing up his Survivor gambit in Lost Mafia, and we'd get to reminisce on plays like that for the past year as a community. i rememebr this death miller, it was ludicrous

I support the idea of mafia awards, I also like the idea of making most of them nonstandard or negative. I unironically like "best game" though since I think it's more fun to talk about whole threads than individual posters

I think the awards should be done in a later month though Also did you guys know there is a voting system where you can rate games on votefinder? I didn't.

Bowmore ran the most fun game I've ever played. It was a huge role game with a giant mansion and rooms to search to get items. I lasted a long time (like day 4 or 5) before I got turned into a bug and squished after I shot someone with a freeze ray I found in a room and killed them It was pretty funny

I think my favourite fake claim was CPig claiming self-watcher in my light's out game because he claimed that PMom visited him, when PMom was actually a self-watcher. CPig had absolutely no way of knowing that there was a self-watcher in the game, nevermind that it was actually the person he was lying about. I double checked all my PMs after that, scared I had given some information away.
