ASK ME ABOUT HOW SCOTLAND'S PROPOSED TRANS LEGISLATION IS DIVISIVE AS HELL BECAUSE IT IS SO SWEEPING THAT IT COULD BE POTENTIALLY ABUSED AT A TIME WHERE THE LACK OF SAFETY FOR WOMEN HAS BEEN SO GLARING
I had assumed, given the landmark GW vs Chapterhouse court case bring such a big deal, that Chapterhouse produced half decent stuff.

Now rethinking that.

Chapterhouse Studios isn't shipping stuff anymore. They haven't posted to their Facebook in over a year and most people who've been putting in orders have had the orders canceled by Paypal. If you want to see some unspiration, look no further than Chapterhouse Studios.

They had a few models that bordered on okay. Their wheeled Chimera conversion kit looked pretty decent. They were starting to get semi okay but then the whole lawsuit thing buried them.

The conversion beamer they used to sell was pretty good.

That was about the only thing I liked, and they stopped selling that a couple years ago.

To be fair on the imperium they build most of their vehicles from STCs they dig up. For every reasonable vehicle they find they probably also find ones which were probably some ancient imperial interns* first try at real design. Since the imperium doesn't know any better they think it's kickin rad.

Lets throw the almost in there, that will get tongues a flappin

The descriptions feel like the intern was having the slowest day ever and didn't really feel like writing

Nobody felt like writing that day at all.

I think you're just looking for reasons to complain, there's really nothing wrong with those descriptions, save for the last one for the Khorne dudes.

It's technically a flaming anvil on a chain. It's dumb as hell but I kind of love it in a He-Man action figure sort of way.

There is a lot hosed up about that model, but the thing that gets me is exactly how many joints do her wrists have? I'm guessing three at least.

Haha, chaos dwarves were like the one army I really wanted as a kid, but GW had already priced me out of their flagship games. I played a little blood bowl and necromunda, but as a 12 year old saving up Christmas and birthday money, that's all I could afford to play and a good chunk of that was bought second-hand from other regulars at the store I think. There was no way in hell my parents would've shelled out enough for a battle box or whatever to get started, and I didn't have the self-discipline to save up from year to year. Once everything went under the umbrella of 'specialist games' and wasn't really supported anymore, both of those games gradually died off at my local store and almost all of the regulars moved to 40k only, which I had no models for. I still think about trying to pick up a mess of chaos dwarves secondhand though I guess I'd be more likely to play them in KoW or something at this point.

I guess my lovely anecdote would've been more appropriate in the death pool thread, but whatever.

Except there's no way her right hand is attached to her right arm. Not like that anyways. The nun thing, not the kid doing whatever that's called.

Wait, she's not naked?

My bet is that he had the hand and the gun as a separate part of model in CAD and just pivoted the copy around.

When they rotated the right handed gun even flexible 3d modelling physics failed and the hand popped out of the socket.

I remember the Equilibrium guy in a similar pose though, so in some way it must be physically possible, just not exactly like this?

Try the pose yourself! It is very uncomfortable and nearly impossible without hurting something. Protip: get someone else to model the pose you just made, if they can't do it chances are you just made poo poo!

Equilibrium guy had his wrists rotated so that his palms were perpendicular to his body, very easy to do.
