senran kagura is fine because while I think it's a terrible series of bad playing games it's at least self-contained and doesn't make any bones about what it is games like that or neptunia or oneechanbara aren't The Problem

You can just reload your save to get on the true path as long as you made friends with everyone, but I ended up restarting entirely cuz theres some differences on your second run that was worth it
