i am just gonna say gais you are the bes. i wish i could give gold stars to the lovely people that suggested shadowrun and dx:hr. i haven't had this much fun while being high and brooding in a long, long rear end time. gives me the feeling that borderlands 2 gave me.

I haven't gotten it yet because I know it'll grab me skipped the original, as per many a swedish opinion, and went straight to dragonfall first. apparently word is on steam that dragonfall was the best. hong kong will be shortly thereafter, but also gave dx:hr a spin too. loving fabulous. i've seen some short clips of just bob page beating the poo poo out of people randomly, but it gave no indication of the combat, stealth, hacking and social pillars of gameplay.

the books of sorrow are one of the best parts of ttk finally beat the raid the other day, got: -scout rifle -machine gun -extra boots -exotic arms -quest unlocked for super exotic scout rifle -helmet that makes me look like a dinosaur

Notorious QIG posted:the grimoire is surprisingly neat, i just wish it was accessible from in-game. i like that you can totally ignore it if you don't give a poo poo though yeah I'm of two minds about that. on the one hand it sucks that the game doesn't contain its own lore and as a result can be really disjointed and baffling. but on the other hand controller + tv is the absolute worst way to consume a large amount of structured text and I say that as someone who would reread the whole mass effect database every time they replayed it also chances are if you really care about the lore you're going to go google someone else's explanation of it which would happen on computer anyway the writing itself is drat good and sure beats anything in the game
