This is mainly a question for Joementum In principle they could cast their votes for any Republican nominated if no one has a majority on the first ballot and force a winner, but if it's like the initial vote, it's a roll call vote, so Republicans would catch on pretty quickly and any Republican with a last name after, say, D, could change their vote before getting called on to prevent that from happening. The only leaks have come from Wikileaks and they're dubious, both due to the source and that the negotiations were ongoing at the time. Now that the deal has been finalized and parts of it are being officially revealed it actually looks more progressive than people claimed it would be.

You know, like we all wish the GOP would do over basically everything? Or will they Lindsey Graham it and say they don't remember it that way... There is of course the possibility that it's hosed and if so, the people arguing to calm the gently caress down and wait to see what's been negotiated will get to eat crow. It doesn't seem impossible to me that those changes came about as a result of public pressure giving our negotiators more leverage; "Look, our people will never accept this, see? You've got to give me more..."
