Have Snappy guy lookup Snappy buylist and contribute that in cash to the pool. That way, he gets the card for less than he could get it for otherwise and the pool still gets dollars.

I like my local store's method. Keep what you draft, but open all the prize boosters and draft the prizes based on standing. No feel bads during the draft, yet still very competitive for first and second place. Also, everyone gets prizes!

It was being discussed earlier but pucatrade seems to be becoming overpopulated versus staples people want. I had around 5 of the pricier duals and mana crypt on my want list for months and never received one of them; I recently gave in and offered a bounty for duals--tropical island is in the pucapost. I got that trop, an og clique, judge crucible, and a bunch of other nice things (which is p dope for largely trading edh and standard cards) but I think I'll just be using the site for cheapish cube foils and random eternal cards I may be interested in rather than stockpile points.

What's the best way to turn money cards into packs? See what I can get for store credit at my LGS or try and sell for cash online or what? Don't really have the time to play standard but I finally found a group of people down to get together & draft every week and I opened a foil Ulamog tonight and I'm wondering what the most efficient way is to put that towards the purchase of a box edit: and that's probably not a card that I should expect to appreciate much in the future, especially after it's out of standard, right?

There were like 2 of these on tcgplayer and they got bought and the guy relisted one of them at $800, it's not a real spike, the card is nearly strictly worse than the rack.
