Total derail, but several years ago (2008/2009?) on this very forum someone posted a cartoon song thing featuring bas and rampage using samples from Bas' street defense videos. Visually it was kinda like PaRappa the rapper and I remember it being pretty funny. I think a goon made it even. Does anyone remember this? I've been trying to find the link for ages. Duncan/FD don't fail me now.

As far as I'm concerned the only good news here is they've poached Rena from shootboxing. If she can transition to MMA well she'd be a great addition to the UFC's 115 division, I'd love to see her against Joanna Champion.
