can someone recommend me a turn based strategy game? I have played most of the big titles (tactics, civ, advanced wars, fire emblem) but hoping I missed some out there. looking for something on the wiiu, pc, or 3DS. |

I played this with friends last night: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5BhHkvHcUfo It's a lot of fun. I think if you played it too much it'd be too easy, but the process of learning how to quickly communicate the bomb state to the expert and back is inherently entertaining and tense. Last night I had a set of wires on a module, and I'm like, 'Okay, we got black, black, red, yellow, white.' and this guy is like 'Hmm... It should be the red wire' and *click* *strike* *module goes red* 'NO IT WASN'T' and he's like 'AH poo poo WHAT SERIAL NUMBER IS THE BOMB?? WHAT'S THE LAST DIGIT??' '1!!' 'OH GOD NO CUT THE YELLOW WIRE!' *click* *green* 'Okay, that module's done...' |

Apocalypse was fun but easy to be cheap on. You could kill enemies by decimating the buildings from a safe distance-was hilarious in action though.

Divinity: Original Sin if you want ridiculous battles that can turn bad on a whim (also multiplayer), or the Banner Saga if you want a good story if you want more games like civ, Endless Legend is basically civ but in a fantasy world with much weirder rules |
