Che storia figata, ragazzo!

I can't believe Messi has like 5 different remotes in tyol 2015, he could just have his servants set up a Harmony for him but looks like he just switches remotes like a caveman. Shameful stuff.

Also Lafferty owns.

Maybe he just likes to take advantage of the full set of controls available to him OP

Calculating Infinity

His time in Palermo was short, but hilarious. Here he is celebrating/fighting Dybala

quote:

Zamparini: "Iachini asked me to send Lafferty away. He's a great player who I'm fond of, but he's an Irishman without rules. Lafferty is a womanizer. He disappears for a week, takes a plane to go to women in Milan. He has 2 families with 6 children."

quote:

"During celebrations, Lafferty grabbed Beppe Iachini's famous hat off his head and threw it around. Beppe wasn't pleased about it.

Iachini commented on the incident after the fact, saying Lafferty wouldn't play another minute because of it. Everyone thought he was joking

Lafferty did not play in the remaining four matches of Palermo's season and is now sold."

This is fascinating. Is it just the confusion of them all running out at once that makes the ref thinks they're offside?

I don't think any of those were offside with todays offside rule. The old offside didn't take account being involved in play.

That's the old offside rule where anyone offside was given. I remember one absolute worldie of a goal from a corner that was headed out, then scissor volleyed from outside the box into the top corner (off the post too) being given offside because the corner taker was still by the flag.

The new rules have their issues, but I much prefer them.

Sacchi's defensive lines, and really whole the whole high-line systems he had, were amazing to watch and played exactly at the edge of every rule they could. It helped that he had the best defenders in the world at the time.

Not sure really, I'm sure he was buried in money. He worked for the Italian federation for a while as a director in the youth sector and he's on TV now, but I bet he could still do a job as a manager.

He's old and he barely played for Ipswich (on his return) or Sheffield Town, wiki says 3 matches. So yeah he is doing nothing, but I bet being third choice at City is a good job, compared to being a backup keeper in the lower divisions.
