So much unpack in this stupid thing. First, the common saying isn't that animals "can sense weakness," it's that they "can smell fear." Second, the meme with bears is that they can smell menstruating women which would be a stupid criticism to make of Obama except we're talking about political cartoonists here, but by saying "sense" instead of "smell" you can't even get that innuendo. Third as people have said before, that bear isn't angry or threatening, it's curious or enthralled. It looks like one of those millions of OBAMA PIED PIPER HE BRAINWASH LIB MEDIA cartoons.
