So when it comes to being voted Speaker, is there anything that actually forces whomever is elected to actually serve? Or can the House, say, elect Boehner again, and have him go "Haha nope, resigning, try again"? I mean yeah its a hard position to get voted so odds are whomever is picked won't just walk, but...
