So... the punchline to today's cartoon is an in-joke they had in the office? Again, Mac might have terrible politics, but at least he never just does "here is some pictures wot I drew of luciana berger doing a poo poo, send me a hundred quid".

Honestly the "out-foxed" thing reads pretty clearly, although I didn't get the Beatrix Potter riff and assumed it was simply a reference to the Tories typically being pro-hunting. I'd probably have gone with Norman Thelwell before Beatrix Potter:

Paladinus posted:You're asking Coohoolin, so the answer is invariably 'SNP strong'. Corbyn has towed the party line 100% on the issue of Scotland. Giving him poo poo for that is hardly a Coohoolin exclusive "thing", I've talked to a lot of people up here that were excited with his election to party leadership only to be extremely disappointed to hear the very same poo poo both regional and central labor have been saying for the last few decades, which by the by is at least part of the reason they lost Scotland to the SNP.

I still don't get how someone can draw a cartoon, like Key Labour Figure Escapes Osborne's Trap But Walks Off A Cliff, and then someone else does the exact same joke, and it's not even the same day, and they still go 'yep that'll do' I mean I can get behind the commitment to half arsing things and getting away with it, but you'd think someone would notice Hey Cloud Potato, do you want me to have a go at scripting something to automatically pull the cartoons off the sites so you don't have to go through all this on our behalf? It wouldn't be fancy or anything, I don't know the javascripts, but it might save you a bit of time
