What are the boots you use on your agents? I remember asking for and getting the name of them in the last thread but that was about a year ago and I guess I never actually got around to buying them because I forgot.

It's tough to find boots that look properly Star Wars. Pretty much everybody in all the movies wears boots that are knee-high and relatively unadorned, and it's like you can pick one or the other in this game. The Theron Shan boots look about right, if a little bulky, so I've gotten a lot of mileage out of those things. I like the new Thexan boots too, but GTN prices are crazy.

The Drelliad boots are good for this - mid-calf unobtrusive single colour. They're also unobtainable for Imperials.

You'd think if nothing else a pub character could mail a pair of drelliads to an imp character of theirs and then put them on the gtn.

Humble Hero are the best knee-high no-gimmicks boots. They will be expensive though. I unlocked the set in Collections during the sale since I get so much mileage out of those boots.

After years of the same trenchcoat, I figured I'd do something a bit more kinky. All dressed up for Lana or something, dunno. As an aside, the Gree sniper rifle is still by far the best looking one. Nothing can compare to that sleek beauty.

Is there official info about what's happening to the unique decorations that only drop in nightmare mode ops? Like will they have a chance to show up at lower tiers in the future? I really want that huge turret from EC and I'm worried that in a couple days it will no longer be possible to get, because nightmare mode will once again be an actual nightmare and not just kind of a pain in the rear end.

Should I be spending basic commendations as I level or stockpiling then for cap? Also I just got off of Dromund Kaas and between my ocd for completing everything and the exp buff I'm already 23. poo poo's bananas! Having lots of fun though.

That's No Goon (Imperial) and Goon Squad (Republic) are the only goon guilds in TOR of any size and they're both on Jedi Covenant. I don't know how attached to your server you are but I think transfers are only 90cc at the moment.

So the agent I just got to 50 and beyond has Slicing, Diplomacy, and Underworld Trading for crew skills. My 55 trooper has armormech, scavenging, and slicing (but I'll probably drop that.) What other skills are useful, especially with an eye towards stronghold decoration?

I upgrade mine every 10 levels or so for both myself and companion though companion gear will be going away soon so that's not as necessary.

That is great, I am glad this game offers me ways to spend all of my money. Definitely the most important thing to me is decorating, and fashion in a Star Wars game.

I'm still not clear on how KotFE will work for each story class other then blankly assigning the title of "Outsider" and making all responses the same across all classes/races/genders.

Character but it copies all the stuff the existing legacy has unlocked / copies the legacy etc... So all your collection items and poo poo will still be available to you if you copy a character.

They're not eliminating ALL other stats, they're consolidating Cunning/Aim/Strength/Willpower into one stat, because there's no reason for any class to use their non-primary stat. It's just occurred to me how massively loving stupid it it to invest money into the companion affection system when it will get changed tomorrow or the next day when 4.0 hits. Apparently a media embargo on the new companion stuff lifts then too.
