I don't really believe in the "millennial" thing but there's a guy at my work who makes me shake my head and mumble MILLENNIALS! like a grumpy old man sometimes. - He smokes loving e-cigarettes ugh at least smoking a real cigarette kinda makes you look cool - sucking on a robot penis does not - He always goes on about Reddit, one of his only marketing ideas was to just post on Reddit - He always comes in late - He claimed to be a social media expert but hasn't done poo poo, and chose "Marketing Specialist" as his title but hasn't done any marketing either - He seems incapable of finishing projects and even when you give him a detailed list of what he needs to do he only does half of it for some reason - He loves guns - He's a libertarian, which I think is just what millennial Republicans call themselves, and I think the main reason he identifies as a libertarian is because he loves guns - I try to give him the benefit of the doubt, like maybe I wasn't so onto it when I was younger either, but he also has this attitude problem that everyone else is wrong, and can't take criticism without just shutting down like a baby And to top it off he's the son of one of the company founders, so he'll probably never be fired, no matter how useless he is. I would post a picture of him but I wouldn't be surprised if he was also a goon. So yeah he sucks but I'm not sure his birth date has anything to do with it. One hateworthy thing I read about "millennials" is that they have no concept of selling out, in fact it's seen as an accomplishment to become a corporate shill as soon as possible on your youtube channel. I read that in a stupid book called "Marketing to Millennials" which I started reading but stopped when it claimed that I was a millennial.
