As a BLM my commendation flowchart is as follows: -tank gets com if he successfully holds aggro through an alpha strike -healer gets com if tank fails step A and I don't die as a result - Other DPS gets com of neither of the above happens

Probably would have written if off as a bullshit rumor but there's a couple examples on google. At night, there is a less than 1% chance that Edda's ghost appears for a few seconds in any of the three city-states. She can be seen only by the players who finished Tam-Tara Deepcroft (Hard).

Is there any reason to go and do the optional dungeons and sidequests in the level 50 2.x stuff? I also recently resubbed after having stopped shortly after beating the 2.0 main quest. I'm wondering if I should bother doing all the dungeons needed to unlock the Hard Roulette, there's like 9 left I would have to do and it doesn't seem like there's much need for poetics since once you hit HW you'll get better gear real fast

I like to commend new players, if they say it's their first run in chat and they do well.  I enjoy the commendation system. I think it's a good idea. It's always nice to get that little note at the end of a dungeon or hest.

Plus the enemies are getting XP in 3.1 so you'll have even more of a reason to do them. Also you should do Hildibrand and the postmoogle quests just because they're funny.

Work on unlocking HLDR as you work on the story for Heavensward. It breaks up the flow of poopsocking quests and there is really only one outright bad l50 dungeon (Copperbell HM). You can probably get at least one goon to escort you through and explain fights if you ask in FC chat.

I don't know what the hell the deal was, I spent all week leveling nin to 60 and am now working on DRK but there are so many bad healers in DF tonight. 3 of 4 DV runs have been poo poo shows for me, one of them being a healer who wouldn't DPS nor heal me until I was at 20% health, another run with a healer who wouldn't DPS then refused to heal after being called out on it, and the last was when the healer just didn't heal me, we wipe and the healer and both DPS take off. I didn't want to level drk cause I thought "I'll get a bad healer", then thought "Well when doing nin that wasn't an issue" but fuuuuuck its happening

He decided that we should spend some time apart. So I respected that, even though it was difficult for me at first. Sadly, all those thoughts in my head of being abandoned by someone who I thought had my back, grew into hate. I hated him so much, the very sight of him in the game annoyed me. Eventually, I got over that and moved on. But the sad thing is, I'm finding it difficult to care about him now. We got to talking again a few weeks ago, but its just not the same. I feel like I don't know who he is anymore. And I don't want to blame ERP, but ever since he got into that, its not the same guy I became friends with years ago. I can't even find it in myself to say hi to him when he logs in, even though I say hi to everyone. There have been moments when I just wanted to quit the game, or transfer to another server. If not for the other FC members that I became friends with, I would have. Tbh, I still don't know what to do. I really miss him, but its not the same "him".
