There are 2 gold captains in the room, and the exarch himself floats in the air and randomly blasts an area with a DoT. A side door adds 4 regulars every few minutes, and he powers up a droid for you to take a capacitor from. The previous two rooms didn't have gold mobs in them, and I got through those. This room just ruins my poo poo though, I can't get the captains down and trying to just focus on droids to disable the exarch doesn't seem to work either. edit: wait, maybe not exarch -- I don't know what he's called Slim Killington fucked around with this message at 02:25 on Oct 24, 2015 |

Yeah it was Tarso Gren, Exarch of Tatooine. And I must have just been a little retarded because I just got through it. For some reason, dealing with all the adds and leaving the two gold mobs beating on Lana is totally fine. And you can't click the computer to knock down the Exarch with the gold mobs up, so you have to just chip away at them between adds. lovely fight to do alone.

I want to make sure I'm not doing this wrong in regards to the solo mode flashpoints. Are only some of them available to solo? I'm trying to do Hammerstation but when I get the mission I don't get an option to solo it. Just tactical.

Yeah a few of them (mostly the ones that don't have a real plot other than "poo poo's going down here, go kill bad guys") are only available in tactical mode - namely Hammer Station, Athiss, Mandolorian Raiders, Cademimu, and maybe Colicoid War Games?

Also the way you actually solo the ones you can where you get a mission is janky too, considering you have to drop the automatic tactical mission you get, take the solo option from the NPC, usually outside the entrance, and then enter and do it, which progresses the actual story mission as well. And if you happened to zone into the tactical you have to reset the instance before you can enter on Solo too. But, Bioware.

So does the droid animation from the Sith Recluse armor come from a single piece or do you need the whole set? I got the upper body box so I have the chest (which is really the only piece I care to use) but I can't put it on the character I want to yet as the box is still bound for a while longer on my main.

So, guild is pretty much full with everyone having logged on in the last 30 days, and having one from 170 to 215 active accounts. If you have alts you never plan on playing again, please log on and /gquit with them. Otherwise we might have to impose an alt limit which would be stupid and dumb.

I'm level 60 til the 27th and and in 192 gear. Would it be possible me for me do HM FP's or am I undergeared / too low level? I really want to start farming up Exotic Element for my crafting needs but don't want to wait til next week.

The bosses don't really hit hard but the trash packs do. Though I had a great 65 healer.

I'm enjoying riling people up on the official forums. Some people really, really don't like to be reminded that imperial agents, bounty hunters, troopers, and smugglers can carry the same story with the same weight against the same foes as their beloved Jedi and Sith. KotFE even goes out of its way to explain how and why non-Force classes attracted the Emperor's undivided attention and why he considers you worthy despite not being Force sensitive, but to some people it apparently causes aneurysms to consider that non-Force classes could possibly play the same role in the story as the Lord Wrath/Darth Whatever/Barsen'thor/Battlemaster.

I've done all of the quests to unlock the Star Fortresses on my powertech but have yet to do the Heroic modes if anyone wants to do like... all of them tonight or tomorrow or something. On a sidenote, I've got my Vanguard to 60 on Po5 with some irl friends and holy poo poo does Vanguard suck compared to Powertech. No rocket punches make me sad.

Alright, level 65, KOTFE story done, all companions recruited and all star fortresses done. Time for alt no.2 Also, I hope that they don't nerf companions too hard because soloing the weekly heroics is a nice diversion from tactical flashpoints.

Just pug healed a GF EV. Good news is, it's not THAT tough - mobs hit a lot harder but as long as you know the mechanics you'll be fine. Every boss drops a piece of 216 loot for each person in the raid, which is nice (not sure if this is a group finder bonus or the new thing with SM raids). The bad news - 1 - They put an invisible wall up in the shortcut area before the pylons, so you have to clear trash. 2 - Gharj is bugged so lava platforms either don't appear or are invisible 3 - Soa is bugged still so invisible platforms dropping unless you look up!
