As a Millennial I posted:what the hell are you talking about. I don't even know I didn't sleep last night. What I was trying to say is that it's not important enough to be a huge feature. mGSV is faster paced than the other games. Also no application to the open world environment since there's nothing between bases.

As a Millennial I posted:what the hell are you talking about. mgsv has a camo index that determines how close your player must be to get spotted in the prior mgs it was shown visibly it isn't shown in mgsv, but wearing a good camo that matches the environment greatly lowers the chances you'll be detected but it's still probably better to just crawl someone crunched the numbers on how it actually all plays out, ill look for it when I get home

i think it's pretty clear if somebody asks about a "camo index," they're asking if they can display the camo rating onscreen, not just asking if different camo works better in certain areas in console GOTY metal gear solid 5

The right camo in MGSV only adds 10% to your camo percentage, crawling adds 50% so its not a huge concern. Just wear cool stuff.

I beat it and I encountered a patrol that was just two dudes who I avoided that was it I'm also not referencing side ops because those were things to do but 90% of them happened at bases and were gated through the story Now if every side op was open from the get go then yeah there's stuff between bases
