If it's bouncy like the gif above, it's pretty much always his. He's got a distinct style, and he's said he specifically makes sprites constantly moving in some way so they're not just always idle. That's why all of his stuff is always bouncing like that.

Yeah, Crunchyroll is good. No idea if they have the dubbed-over version on it yet, so you'll probably have to settle for the subtitled version for now.
