Those of you who messaged me please be patient. I bought av certs and I got the email saying "hey thanks we took your money" but I didn't get the email that said "hey dude here's your cert numbers" I have a team of the best admins available working on it so I expect resolution shortly

i changed my own with no problem. but something's wrong with the system that emails you the cert numbers after you pay for them, so i'd hold off on buying certs right now
