The thing that makes Shlomi's goal so good imo is that he sets himself up for a bicycle kick, which doesn't happen that often.

it wasn't the best from a technique perspective but it was so far beyond the others in terms of tension, the moment etc... like aguero's goal was pretty decent, but it's up there as one of the better goals of the premier league era because of how it happened. Most bicycle kicks happen in like meaningless games or international friendlies, not when the pressure is so ridiculously high.

I dunno he really mis-hit a ball and it just happened to be mis-hit in a way that happened to go in and go in at a crucial time in a key derby. He still mis-hit the ball so this will turn into a debate about what "best" means rather than an overhead kick debate. I'd rather talk about Zlatan who really intends to do every crazy thing he does with his magic feet including when they are above his center of gravity.
