Is there any way to turn bloom(or whatever this is called) off on PC? The green crap around the aimpoint on sights makes it impossible to see anything at night. Well I can see everything, just not the drat thing under my bright rear end green sight.

Go visit it again, and make sure to talk to everyone. If nothing happens, make sure to do any outstanding quests there. There is absolutely something that does happen. Don't unlock the terminal yet.

Asked this in the other thread but I'll put it here too I guess: I just did the quest Human Error on my good guy character, and I'm not sure I did the right thing. I sweet-talked my way into a meeting with the doctor, and I refused her offer and killed her. I figure this is the good ending, until I go back to Covenant and all the PTSD-addled citizens attack me and I have to kill them all. Am I overthinking things, or did I mess up and take the eviler of the two sides here? The only reason I question it is that the people in Covenant seem innocent, they were tortured, found out to be human, and sent to this place to rehab.

From what I understand, you can give armor and poo poo to companions and they should wear it. I tried to give armor to dudes in the starting town (Im still early in the game) and nobody will wear anything. I gave them all pistols and ammo and they seem to have equipped them just fine though. Is there anything I should put on these dudes? Also, I noticed you can trade with codsworth, but he's got nothing to offer. Would he benefit if I gave him anything? I'm not going to use him as a companion. Speaking of companions: I'm using Dogmeat. I've tried to put things in his inventory to get him to wear poo poo, but I havent found any kind of armor for dogs yet. I noticed he wont wear a harness (obviously this harness is made for BDSM raider types, not dogs... was worth a try though) and he also wont even wear a dog collar. I guess those are meant to be worn on your arm for some loving reason, and not your dog.

Can you use VATS with grenades or do they have to be thrown manually always? Also, repeat on the ammo question: where can I reliably buy/find more, especially for shotguns and laser rifles?

My two best pieces of armor are the chameleon shoulder and the leg that increases defenses by up to +35 the lower I go in health, so radiation makes me take less damage.

Is there any way to set a building/bed as mine? Getting on the roof and entering from there doesn't work either.

I really like keeping the map open on the Pip-Boy app. No more constantly opening the in-game map because my sense of direction sucks. The arrow on the app is really responsive too.

Did you try closing the app down and restarting it? As I discovered, loading a game doesn't always put you in the exact same state as before.

Slogged through Vault 95 and ended up finding the Heavy Weapons Bobblehead but part of the Vault was blocked off by a Master terminal. Luckily I had a perk point so I saved before the door and bought the perk, and proceeded to clear out the rest of the area. Behind the door was just more mobs and turrets, and just not any good loot at all, not even containers. A suspicious room at the very end, a "detox" chair, but I couldn't operate the terminal because the chair needed a subject. Am I missing something?

Anyone else suddenly getting their gun stock slammed into their face? Here's my gun from a few hours ago  and here it is now. I have not modded it inbetween  Notice behind the ammo count. That moves when I do I can't keep playing like this. Swapping guns via hotkeys now takes like 10 second from press to gun out.

Hahahaha. I got real curious about one thing during the Human Error quest, quicksaved and tested out various possible outcomes. The test to get into Covenant is just a repurposed version of the GOAT from Fallout 3.

But bullet-soaking is real and very stupid. Look, there is a radroach, I should shoot it twice with my combat shotgun in close range to kill it. Roaches of steel.
